Orientation Day Info

WHAT TO BRING...

1) Wear loose clothing: 
Sweats, shorts, leggings, and t-shirt & tennis shoes. We will be doing some fitness and health assessments to determine your start level.  We may do some light exercises if time permits.  Don't worry, no matter what your level, you will be able to participate since there are basic levels and modifications to every movement :)

2) Bring a Water Bottle and Hand-Towel.
You may get thirsty and you may sweat a little :)  We provide the water, you bring a bottle. We don't use paper cups. We are eco-conscious and hate to waste.


3) Bring a notepad and pen. 
You will want to take notes and begin empowering yourself with the new knowledge. The training will be life-changing, guaranteed :)


4) Yoga Mat -for floor work. 
We will be going through some exercises. If you don't have one, we have some for super cheap.  (If you can't get on the floor, don't worry. There will be a modification available for you.)


5) Get Excited and Come With a Smile...
