A Personal Message From Instructor Amanda Dee, CYI, CPI

“Doctors told me I needed surgery.”

I was experiencing unusual…

  • Fatigue
  • Mood swings
  • Headaches
  • Weight Gain
  • Hair Loss and Thinning
  • Decreased Sex Drive
  • Acne
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Trouble Sleeping
  • Brain Fog
  • Depression

Doctors told me I needed surgery.

But the “scare-dee-cat” that I was (and the firm belief that surgery is a last option), I decided against it.

The pain in my abdomen, pelvis and lower back was pretty bad. But the worst thing of all…I was gaining a lot of weight AND

breaking out with horrendous acne.

Eventually, I hit rock bottom.

I felt so insecure, ugly and depressed. I used to want to stay inside to hide myself. I wouldn’t take pictures. I felt unworthy. My hormones were out of whack and my weight kept going up…

Back then, I would never share this with anyone.  But today, I’m thankful I went through all those negative experiences.

Because it led me to discover yoga.

Not just any ordinary yoga but one that permanently fixed the issues I was having, that was causing all my issues,…hormone problems.

Now I’m grateful.

Now I have the privilege of helping other women breakthrough and find a new lease on life.

That’s why this 3 Week Yoga Transformation is so close and dear to me. It’s a culmination of all my searching, researching, and praying for an answer.

I’m certain it can help you, too.

I hope to meet you on the mat someday.

Amanda

xoxo
