CLASS SCHEDULE
- Jan 19 (Tue), 6pm: Ass & Abs
- Jan 20 (Wed), 6pm: ROAR
- Jan 21 (Thu), 6pm: Yoga
- Jan 23 (Sat), 9:30am: Power Up w/Tracy
*Bring water bottle and yoga mat (if you have resistance tubes and disks, bring them too 🙂
