It's all online so you can catchup on your own time :)

What equipment will I need?

Nothing for the exercises, stretches and movements. If you are advanced and want to add resistance, we'll show you how to use everyday items found in your garage or kitchen :)

This is a step-by-step guided program provided by the experts at stinkybody to help you discover more peace, hope and fitness during this trying time. 

You'll get daily movements, recipes, mindset exercises, and have a chance to interact with others in your community.
