The results of these muscle tests help to give you (and me) a picture of your metabolism and body's ability to burn fat. Do the tests now by following the video instructions.

It only takes a few minutes to perform. If you need to rest, go ahead and stop but finish out as many as you can. Do NOT hold your breath. Breathe through the movements!
