1. Do This Challenging Exercise and Make Yourself Proud!

Starting Position

  1. Get in the side plank position on your feet preferred (if you have to, place pillow under knees)
  2. Reach arm toward ceiling and hold for 3 breaths


  1. Suck-In your belly button hard throughout entire movement
  2. Rotate downward and reach under your body
  3. fully exhale and reach more
  4. Return to starting position
  5. Do 20x each side

Important:  Make sure to keep belly button pulled in throughout the entire movement.
