During Christmas, we have a limited schedule so see details below.

Just because it’s a holiday doesn’t mean you have to hurt your health.

Here are some tips to staying strong and healthy while you enjoy this festive season.

  1. Drink a lot of hot green tea. It curbs your appetite and prevents you from the guilt of cheating against your health.
  2. Eat some raw veggies like carrots, celery, cucumber BEFORE a meal. This helps to alkalyze and prevent from overeating.
  3. Lastly, do this “Lite” yoga flow to lessen the stress of the season and keep your body tone.  It is a very short easy yoga flow to help keep your stress and anxiety down. It will also help keep your energy levels up. I purposely made it very short so you wouldn’t have an excuse not to to do it. I encourage you to roll out your mat and do it everyday we do not have class. There is magic in coming to and uniting in yoga class however self guided yoga practice is an important part of your growth.

“The person who masters himself through self-control and discipline is truly undefeatable.”

We are closed Dec 24-29 and Jan 1st. See full schedule here.

P.S.  Let me know if you did the Yoga Lite Flow by sharing a pic of you doing it on our Warriors Facebook Group and I will give you a ticket entry (each time you post) for the raffle drawing I am holding at the end of January!
