I ate so much this past week, I feel like I’m gonna burst two times over. But what a great week it was.
But now it’s time to get back on my path…
That’s what I love about yoga. Within days, I’ll be back to normal.
Here’s how yoga gets you lean, quickly…
(a quick science lesson)
The food you eat gets broken down into 3 things—sugar, nutrients, and waste.
The sugar goes into your blood (as glucose). And if your body is functioning properly, the cells uptake the glucose. But if your hormones are off, or your muscles not tone, the sugar won’t uptake, and instead get stored as fat.
No matter how little you eat, your fat still grows.
Yoga helps to tone all the muscles in your body. It’s a total body toning system. There’s nothing like it.
But that’s not all…
It also helps to balance the critical hormones in your body that directly affect your metabolism (cortisol, estrogen, and testosterone).
