Through our instruction, she did 3 things that led to these amazing results (even though all else had failed in the past).
She reprogrammed her body. We eliminated the toxins that have been building up for many years. It only takes about 3-5 days. It’s sort of a detox but not really. It’s more than that. Reprogramming also consists of rejuvenating her enzymes. Especially the ones associated with her metabolism. Without this, no matter what she tries, won’t work or won’t last.
She did very specific exercises for her body type and shape. A short stocky person has to do different exercises than a person who’s tall. That’s just science. If you carry most of your weight in your waist and hips (which was Clarisa), you must do different exercises than someone who carries it everywhere proportionally. Doing the correct exercises for your body shape and type can make all the difference in the world.
She enhanced her “health” hormones. There are 3 hormones in the body that must be optimized in order to get lean or healthy.
