She did very specific exercises for her body type and shape. A short stocky person has to do different exercises than a person who’s tall. That’s just science. If you carry most of your weight in your waist and hips (which was Clarisa), you must do different exercises than someone who carries it everywhere proportionally. Doing the correct exercises for your body shape and type can make all the difference in the world.
She enhanced her “health” hormones. There are 3 hormones in the body that must be optimized in order to get lean or healthy. After the age of 26, most people see a decrease in hormone effectiveness, but we showed her how to get them back up. Even if you’re 50, you can have the body of a 26 year old, if you do it right.
