Starting Position
- Stand with both hands behind your head.
Movement
- Suck-In belly button hard throughout entire movement
- Rotate your shoulders to the left and bring opposite knee up to 90 degrees (waist high)
- Fully exhale and push rotation more
- Come back to center and inhale
- Suck in belly button and rotate shoulders to the right while bringing opposite knee to 90 degrees.
- Fully exhale and push rotation more
- Do 20x each side
Important: Make sure to keep belly button pulled in throughout the entire movement.

Day 1: Bridge Adduction, Day 2: Kneeling Rotation, Day 3: Plank Rotations
